Healthy Eating Trivia

Celebrate National Nutrition Month by testing your healthy eating knowledge during this trivia game led by Wellness Coordinator Morgan Blake. Can’t join us live? A link to this quiz will be available on the WFHTN Wellness Events webpage after March 7. The top three winners will be awarded a prize. An additional prize will be awarded to a participant chosen at random! We’ll play using Mentimeter.

21 Days to a Healthier Heart
Feb. 7-27

Are you aware of just how powerful you are? You have the power to stop a killer. According to the CDC, heart disease is the number one killer of men and women. It claims more lives than all forms of cancer. Preventive power lies with real changes to your lifestyle, which can reduce the risk for heart disease by as much as 80 percent.

You’ll have a daily activity to complete to earn a heart. You can earn a maximum of 21 hearts. Don’t worry if you don’t complete all activities, just do your best!

Prizes are up for grabs!

  • Three participants chosen at random will win a prize.
  • Plus, one participant chosen at random will win the grand prize of a fitness tracker or a Working for a Healthier Tennessee swag bundle!

Employee Spirit Month Social Media Campaign

We've got spirit, how 'bout you? Join our Employee Spirit Month social media campaign! During March, tag us in your posts on Facebook (@WFHTN) or Instagram (@workingforahealthiertn) for a chance to win a prize! We'll have a different theme each week. Set your posts to the "public" setting so we'll be able to see and share them. Not on social media or prefer not to tag us? Email your photo(s) to WFHT.TN@tn.gov to be shared. Winners will be announced on April 1. See flyer with themes.
