The Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development (TNECD) is committed to an open and transparent government. This searchable database is designed to better assist the public in accessing project data for FastTrack grants.

Please Note: This resource includes all located projects since 2016 that have one or more contracted FastTrack grants. Capital grants or projects which were not awarded FastTrack grants are not listed within this database.

“Incentivized Jobs” are the jobs TNECD plans to incentivize with a FastTrack grant. “New Jobs” are the total new jobs the company plans to create in connection with the project.

The grant amount is the value of the award per the initial grant contract.
