State Route 386

Sumner County
Sumner SR 386 - v2b-01

The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) proposes improvements to State Route 386 in Sumner County. The existing at-grade intersection with Long Hollow Pike (SR 174) will be assessed for conversion to a grade-separated interchange. Other improvements will be considered from near GreenLea Boulevard to near State Route 109. Access at other points along the corridor, including driveways and the intersection with Belvedere Drive, will be closed. A split diamond interchanged is proposed at SR 386 and SR 174/GreenLea Boulevard, while a connector road is proposed from the SR 174/SR 386 interchange to near Belvedere Drive.
