The Project Management Division is responsible for managing various statewide programs and projects from concept to delivery. The division is the single point of accountability to deliver projects within a defined scope, schedule, budget, and ensuring quality. Additional responsibilities include the ownership and maintenance of the Project Delivery Network (PDN), development of project management tools including project schedule templates, risk management tools, standardized project scopes, and project budgeting software.
