Revised: January 2, 2025Professional Services has integrated the following Division’s invoice processes: Engineering (Design, Structures, and Geodetics), Environmental, Construction, Materials & Test, Right of Way, Utilities, and Project Management. More Divisions will be added in the 4th Quarter.
Submitting Invoices:
Include the proposed file name in the email and subject line.
- C + Agreement # + Work Order # (if applicable) + Progress Billing #
- Example: The proposed file name for Agreement E2155, Work order 2, Progress Billing 5 is CE21550205.
