Plan of Action

If a facility is unable to meet all minimum standards during the annual inspection cycle, facility administration may request to be placed on a Plan of Action (POA). The POA allows a facility to maintain a certified status after failing to meet all minimum standards while demonstrating to the Board of Control that the facility is making measurable progress rectifying deficiencies found during inspection. A POA can be applied for by submitting the application below for TCI's Board of Control to approve. Also, below is the POA release form.
