State Board's Authorizer Reports
Authorizer Report
The State Board evaluated its authorized charter schools annually and published its results by January 1 each year via its authorizer report. These reports summarize each school’s academic, financial, and organizational performance based on the performance framework set forth in the charter agreement. The State Board's final authorizer report shall by published by January 1, 2022.
Authorizer Fee Report
The State Board served as the LEA and authorizer for its authorized charter schools through June 30, 2020. In accordance with T.C.A. § 49-13-118, the State Board collected an annual authorizer fee from each of its authorized charter schools to fund its work as a charter school authorizer and LEA and publicly reported the total amount of authorizer fees collected and the authorizing obligations fulfilled using the fees. The State Board's final authorizer fee report shall by published by December 1, 2021.
