Report

Registration and Report now available on the Tennessee Taxpayer Access Point (TNTAP).  Follow the link and select "Submit an authorized substance report."

A merchant must report the tax paid on a form provided by the Department at the time the tax is paid.  Any time a local or state law enforcement agency seizes an unstamped unauthorized substance, the agency must report the unstamped substance to the Department within 48 hours of seizure.
