Due Dates
The annual license tax is due on July 1 of each year. The individual machine tax is due before each machine is put into service and annually thereafter on July 1.
Tax Rates
License Tax (the rate depends on the number of machines in your ownership and use):
| Level One License | $500 if you own 50 or fewer machines |
| Level Two License | $1,000 if you own 51-200 machines |
| Level Three License | $2,000 if you own more than 200 machines |
| Individual Machine Tax | $10 per machine |
