In 2012, First Lady Crissy Haslam partnered with the TN Arts Commission to commission artists from each of Tennessee's 95 counties to create an ornament collection representing each county in the state's three grand divisions. These ornaments were on display in the inglenook of the Tennessee Residence for the remainder of holiday seasons during the Haslam administration.

In 2019, First Lady Maria Lee followed suit, working with local county mayors and giving 95 additional creatives an opportunity to paint an ornament representing their county. This new collection has been displayed in the Residence as well as Tennessee's State Capitol, and each ornament is available to view in detail below.

First Lady Lee’s Tennessee County Ornament Collection will be on display at the Tennessee State Capitol in the 2024 holiday season.

First Lady Lee's collection of county ornaments is displayed below in alphabetical order. Click on each photo for a detailed image of the ornament.
