Northeast HIA

The Northeast Region HIA consists of Carter, Greene, Hancock, Hawkins, Johnson, Unicoi, Sullivan, and Washington Counties.

The following projects are being implemented in the Northeast HIA:

Overdose Monitoring and Response Plan

Developing Overdose Monitoring and Response Plans for the NER to outline the process for monitoring and responding to overdose spikes or significant changes in overdose patterns in our jurisdiction.

Pre-trial Diversion Program

Partnering with the Sullivan County Anti-Drug Coalition to develop a pre-trial diversion program in Kingsport General Sessions Court, Division III.

Corrections Navigation Program 

Partnering with Insight Alliance in Washington County to provide re-entry navigation and/or linkage to harm reduction and naloxone for individuals exiting a criminal justice facility.
