    NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Today, Tennessee Governor Bill Lee announced the appointment of Margie Quin as Commissioner for the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services (DCS), effective September 1. Quin will succeed Jennifer Nichols, who has served the department since 2019.
