Strategic Real Estate Planning
In 2015, Deputy Commissioner John Hull created the Office of Strategic Planning to establish a sustainable real estate model through guidance and oversight of key strategic initiatives. The office is responsible for developing the annual strategic real estate plan for the general government portfolio. The plan outlines the Guiding Principles and Strategies as well as provides examples of how STREAM performed against the previous year’s goals.
