Meet the Team - State Facility Utility Management

Greg Jones, Data Entry & Platform Maintenance Specialist

Greg is a Data Entry and Platform Maintenance Specialist for the TDEC SFUM team. His current focus is on utility data collection, UDM platform maintenance, and customer support. Prior to joining the TDEC SFUM team, Greg served sixteen years as a statistical analyst with the Department of Labor and Workforce Development; there, Greg oversaw the review and compilation of Tennessee’s employment and wage census data for publication and submission to the Federal Bureau of Labor Statistics. His focus was on data quality, timely deliverables, training staff, and process improvement. Greg holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Jeremy McBride, Senior Data Analyst

Jeremy is a Senior Data Analyst for the TDEC SFUM team. He leads accounts payable integration, technical support, and statistical analysis for SFUM’s UDM platform. He also provides support for General Government capital projects and other programs tied to software integration, benchmarking, data analysis, project identification, and annual reporting of utility costs, usage, and savings. Prior to joining TDEC, Jeremy worked for the Department of General Services in Energy and Sustainability, within the State of Tennessee Real Estate Asset Management Division (STREAM). While with STREAM, he managed several energy initiatives for State-owned and managed facilities. Jeremy holds a B.S. in Housing Design and Resource Property Management from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He is also certified as a PEM with the Institute of Energy Professionals.

Russell Tedrow, Grants Analyst 2

As a Grants Analyst for TDEC OEP, Russell provides support for various programs and is responsible for fiscal, compliance, procurement, and administrative tasks. Prior to joining OEP, Russell worked in the Department of Finance and Administration and was responsible for TDEC’s accounts payable activities. He also worked for nearly ten years in real estate assessment and earned several certifications, including Assessment Administration Specialist from the International Association of Assessing Officers and Tennessee Master Assessor from the State of Tennessee. Russell holds a B.B.A. from Middle Tennessee State University.

Natalie Dallriva, Energy Analyst 

As an Energy Analyst for TDEC OEP, Natalie manages the SFUM budget and assists with related fiscal and compliance items. With regard to the UDM platform, Natalie supports vendor maintenance for utility providers and contributes to ongoing platform maintenance and utility data collection. She also provides support for General Government accounts payable functions  through the UDM platform.  Prior to joining TDEC, Natalie worked in both the financial industry as well as in civil engineering. Natalie holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Christopher Newport University and an M.B.A. from the University of West Florida. She has also earned her Business Energy Professional certification from the Association of Energy Engineers.
