Wetland mitigation will be provided through the Tennessee Mitigation Fund in-lieu fee program.
- NRS21.347 - Stream Realty proposes fill and replacement of 596 feet of Sinking Creek (Wilson County), removal of a 40-foot box culvert, construction of two 87-foot open-bottom culverts and fill of a 0.09-acre pond. Stream impacts will be offset through purchase of 250.3 mitigation credits from Mule Train Mitigation Bank.
- NRS22.021 - Prologis proposes 2,491 feet of encapsulation and 360 feet of fill in Sinking Creek, 0.27 acres of wetland fill, and 0.11 acres of open water fill for a commercial warehouse facility in Wilson County. Mitigation for stream impacts will be a minimum purchase of 1,656 functional feet credits from Little Trammel Mitigation Bank. Wetland mitigation will be through 0.73 credits purchased from Tennessee Mitigation Fund’s Middle Cumberland River Service Area.
- NRS22.135 - Hunt Properties, GP proposes to fill 0.19 acres of wetland for the construction of a hotel in Henderson (Chester County). Compensatory mitigation will be through preservation of 2.10 acres of wetland with a 60-foot buffer. The preserved wetlands are known habitat for the state-listed Hatchie Burrowing crayfish.
- NRS22.219 - The Tennessee Department of Transportation proposes multiple water body impacts for the construction of a new alignment of State Route 141 in Hartsville (Trousdale County). Impacts to the Cumberland River and a tributary and multiple tributaries to Goose Creek will total 3,188.8 functional feet and be offset through permittee responsible mitigation and credit purchases from mitigation banks and the Cumberland River in-lieu fee program. Wetland impacts of 1.98 acres of fill will be offset through credit purchases from the Swamp Road Mitigation Bank and Cumberland River Compact in-lieu fee program.
- NRS22.264 - CSX Transportation, Inc. proposes impacts to 1.52 acres of wetland and 480 feet of stream for replacement of a timber rail bridge, bridge approaches, and pier scour repairs at Mileposts 00F 349.3 and 349.6 near Gallaway (Fayette County). Wetland mitigation will be provided through the West Tennessee Wetland Mitigation Bank.

- NRS23.012 - Costco Wholesale proposes stream and wetland impacts near Forest Retreat Road in Hendersonville (Sumner County) for construction of a wholesale facility. Proposed stream impacts include road crossings, road widening, culvert extension and sewer line expansion. Wetland impacts of 0.347 acres are also proposed. Stream impacts will be mitigated through purchase of 133 functional-foot credits from the Brady Branch Stream Mitigation Bank. Wetland impacts will be mitigated through purchase of 1.04 credits from the Sandhill Wetland Mitigation Bank.

- NRS21.095 - Southern Land Company proposes permanent impacts to 1.07 acres of wetland and 312 feet of stream and temporary impacts to 55 feet of stream for expansion of Westhaven subdivision in Franklin (Williamson County). Restoration of 1,315 feet of stream will also occur. Wetland mitigation will be through purchase of in-lieu fee credits from the Tennessee Mitigation Fund and stream mitigation will be through purchase of credits from Setters Ridge Mitigation Bank.
- NRS22.148 - CKPB Development, LLC proposes 293 feet of stream encapsulation and 40 feet of temporary impacts to Waldens Branch (Maury County) while installing utility lines, and 1.41 acres of wetland fill and 0.31 acres of open water fill to expand a residential development. The applicant will provide compensatory mitigation for stream impacts by purchasing 121.1 functional feet credits from the Duck River Stream Mitigation Bank and 3.5 credits from the Tennessee Mitigation Fund’s Lower Tennessee River Service Area.
- NRS22.189 - The Tennessee Department of Transportation proposes impacts to 0.005 acres of wetland, relocation of 33 feet of stream, and construction of a 127-foot concrete culvert and end treatments associated with the replacement of a degraded culvert on State Route 1 in Crossville (Cumberland County). Stream mitigation will be provided through credit purchase from the Mud Creek Mitigation Bank.
- NRS22.251 - Universal Builders, LLC proposes 166.5 feet of stream encapsulation, 234 feet of stream fill, and 0.01 acres of permanent wetland impacts for a residential development in Mt. Juliet (Wilson County). The applicant will provide compensatory mitigation for stream impacts through permittee responsible mitigation at the Highlands of Poplar Ridge as authorized by NRS22.050.
- NRS22.298 - BIN CGB, LLC proposes unavoidable permanent impacts to 0.13 acres of wetland associated with site grading for construction of an industrial warehouse in Cleveland (Bradley County). Wetland mitigation will be through purchase of in-lieu fee credits from the Tennessee Mitigation Fund.

- NRS22.284 - The Harpeth Valley Utilities District proposes blasting during the installation of a 24-inch water treatment residuals force main and four six-inch conduits across the Cumberland River in Nashville (Davidson County). Open-cut trenching will be used for installation of a 24-inch residuals force main, a 30-inch sewer force main, and four six-inch conduits, resulting in 0.059 acres of temporary impacts to three wetlands.
- NRS22.324 - Owen Hofer proposes 98 feet of impact to Lees Creek in Kelso (Lincoln County), including removal of a 20-foot culvert, construction of a 12-foot low-water crossing, installation of a 14-foot rock-lined waterway outfall, and installation of a 64-foot rock chute with inlet and outlet apron. Livestock exclusion fencing and forested riparian buffer plantings will also be installed.
- NRS23.007 - The Tennessee Department of Transportation proposes to replace a bridge over Yellow Creek on State Route 46 in Dickson County and install bank stabilization treatments. Impacts will be compensated through the purchase of 25.65 functional-foot stream credits from the Little Trammel Creek Mitigation Bank.

Juliet (Wilson County). Compensatory mitigation for stream impacts will be provided through onsite permittee responsible mitigation.
- NRS22.174 - The Town of Collierville (Shelby County) proposes to stabilize 400 feet of a tributary to the Wolf River using articulated concrete matting with a grouted riprap perimeter extending into the stream channel. Native vegetation will be planted in the riparian area and within gaps in the mat, and disturbed areas will be seeded and mulched to prevent erosion and sedimentation.
- NRS22.268 - The Murfreesboro Water Resource Department proposes sewer line improvements with temporary impacts to four wetlands and Spence Creek and an unnamed tributary to Spence Creek near SR 99 New Salem Highway in Murfreesboro (Rutherford County).
- NRS22.270 - Atmos Energy Corporation proposes temporary impacts to 14 streams and seven wetlands to replace a four-inch steel pipeline with approximately 36,100 feet of eight-inch steel and 6,500 feet of six-inch high density polyethylene gas pipeline in Weakley and Obion Counties.

- NRS22.226 - The City of Chattanooga (Hamilton County) proposes to restore approximately 650 feet of encapsulated and channelized stream by removing culverts and constructing a new channel using natural channel design. Three culverts conveying Dobbs Branch under East 17th Street will be replaced with an 8 foot by 39 foot open bottom culvert. A pre-engineered bridge and an arched bridge will be constructed across the channel to accommodate pedestrian traffic.
- NRS22.244 - Matt Miller Peay proposes to construct a private boat ramp on the Caney Fork River in Lancaster (Smith County). The concrete ramp will be 12 feet by 50 feet with approximately 10 feet of ramp in the river channel during normal pool elevations. Banks around the ramp will be stabilized with three to five feet of riprap.
- NRS22.247 - Hugh Mike Treible and Jessica Izzo propose to install 350 feet of riprap tied into 400 feet of neighboring riprap and pilings for a boat dock on Watts Bar Reservoir in Spring City (Rhea County). Twenty-one square feet of lakebed will be displaced by pile-driven pylons. Native vegetation will be planted in buffer areas to offset impacts.
- NRS22.318 - The Tennessee Department of Transportation proposes to replace the State Route 11 bridge over Pigeon Roost Creek, relocate an unnamed tributary to Pigeon Roost Creek, and impact 0.078 acres of wetland in Giles County. Impacts for stream relocation will be compensated through onsite permittee responsible mitigation through use of natural channel design.

- NRS21.281 - Baylor School in Chattanooga (Hamilton County) proposes bank stabilization of 2,550 feet of the Tennessee River. Stabilization will occur through bank grading, installation of geotextile fabric, placement of riprap revetment, and native plantings to address erosion impacting the Baylor School campus.
- NRS22.123 - The Cumberland River Compact proposes 470 feet of bank repair in three areas on the West Fork Red River in Billy Dunlop Park in Clarksville (Montgomery County). Work consists of bank grading, stone toe installation, excavation of instream gravel, backfill, construction of soil lifts, installation of boulder step path and coir fiber matting, and riparian bare root plantings.
- NRS22.152 - The Town of Collierville proposes to stabilize 246 feet of bank of a tributary to the Wolf River by grading to a 1:1 slope, placement of geotextile fiber, installation of articulated concrete matting, and native seed plantings behind and within the matting. All disturbed areas will be seeded and mulched for stabilization.
- NRS22.308 - The Tennessee Department of Transportation proposes to replace a bridge on SR 249 and install bank stabilization treatments along Dry Creek on Sams Creek Road in Cheatham County.

- NRS22.196 - Richard Spicer proposes to dredge 40 to 50 cubic yards of silt from the lake bottom within the boat landing area of approximately 900 square feet to a depth of four feet. Also proposed is construction of a 20-foot by 24-foot boat shed over the dredged area.

- NRS15.328-21 - The Memphis & Shelby County Port Commission proposes modification to their Aquatic Resource Alteration Permit to perform maintenance dredging of the Frank C. Pidgeon Industrial Harbor at Mississippi River mile 724.2 L in Shelby County. The proposed modification is to allow discharge of the dredged material back into the Mississippi River only when using hydraulic dredging.
- NRS22.114 - Notice of Determination of Economic/Social Necessity for Degradation of Exceptional Tennessee Waters. Star Land Company proposes unavoidable permanent impacts to 0.24 acres of wetland and 85 feet of stream, and temporary impacts to 0.06 acres of wetland and 32 feet of stream associated with construction of the Hunters Grove residential subdivision and associated infrastructure in Lebanon (Wilson County). Wetland mitigation will be provided through an in-lieu fee program credit purchase from the Tennessee Mitigation Fund. The Department of Environment and Conservation has determined that the degradation resulting from the proposed habitat alteration is necessary to accommodate important economic or social development in the area.
- NRS22.202 - The Tennessee Department of Transportation proposes bank armoring on 297 feet of North Chickamauga Creek in Chattanooga (Hamilton County) to address roadway slope failure, including expansion of an existing rock buttress and an associated permanent access road. Two-hundred sixty-two feet of existing bank armoring will remain in place.

- NRS22.059 - The Tennessee Department of Transportation proposes to impact 3,984.5 feet of existing stream channel by the encapsulation of 2,627 feet of stream, construction of 628.6 ft of riprap and wingwalls, and the fill of 728.9 feet of stream, temporarily impact 1.04 acres of wetland and permanently fill 2.98 acres of wetland while constructing a new transportation corridor from Proposed Interchange at Tyson Blvd to existing SR‐115 at South Singleton Station Road in Blount County. Approximately 8,142 linear feet of stream will be restored onsite as permittee-responsible mitigation using natural channel design. If five years of monitoring demonstrates stream restoration was successful, then stream impacts will be offset through onsite permittee-responsible mitigation. Permanent impacts to wetlands are authorized to be offset by purchasing 6.67 credits at a 2:1 ratio and a 12% temporal loss modifier from an in-lieu fee program managed by the Tennessee Wildlife Federation.
- NRS22.113 - Prologics, Inc. proposes an industrial park on Centennial Boulevard in Nashville (Davidson County), permanently impacting 0.08 acres of wetland and 63 feet of stream. Stream impacts will be offset through the purchase of 124.8 credits from the Little Trammel Creek Stream Mitigation Bank. Wetland mitigation will be through the purchase of 0.16 credits from the Harpeth River Mitigation Bank.
- NRS22.172 - The Tennessee Department of Transportation proposes permanent impacts to 0.095 acres of wetland, temporary impacts to 0.015 acres of wetland, and permanent impacts to 49 feet of an unnamed tributary to East Blackburn Fork associated with road widening and slab bridge replacement on State Route 135 near Cookeville (Putman County).
- NRS22.239 - William Moore proposes to install 100 feet of riprap contiguous to adjacent riprap, remove and reconstruct a boat slip and dock, and install a walkway on Watts Bar Reservoir in Spring City (Rhea County).
- NRS22.273 - The Tennessee Department of Transportation proposes encapsulation, bridge replacements, wetland fill, the addition of riprap, and buffer zone stabilization in John’s Creek, a tributary to John’s Creek and a wetland for the widening of State Route 4 (US 78/Lamar Avenue) in Shelby County. Stream impacts will be offset through the purchase of 64.3 functional foot credits from the Rossville Farm Mitigation Bank and wetland impacts will be offset through the purchase of 0.17 wetland credits from the Wolf River Mitigation Bank.
