CCAP Engagement Opportunities
TDEC attended community events, conferences, and festivals across Tennessee to share more information about TVERS and collect input from stakeholders and the public. We gathered feedback from stakeholders and the public on emission reduction priorities, actions, and goals to support the CCAP. Take our survey by October 14 to share your feedback.
In this webinar, the TVERS team presented the PCAP, reviewed Tennessee's grant applications for EPA's CPRG Implementation funding, and discussed upcoming opportunities for engagement during the next phase for TVERS planning.
PCAP Engagement Opportunities
During out Fall 2023 public meetings and survey, we received incredible feedback from the public and stakeholders about emission reduction priorities, community actions and concerns, and key motivations. This feedback is being used to inform the goals and actions included in both the PCAP and future deliverables. See below for a summary of results and key themes from these engagement opportunities.
In September and October 2023, TDEC hosted a series of public and stakeholder meetings to share additional information about TVERS and receive feedback. These meetings were conducted in partnership with local governments, As part of our public and stakeholder outreach, TDEC will utilize the feedback received during these meetings to inform our priority and comprehensive climate action plans.
