Outreach

DDA considers family outreach a key component to success in maintaining positive relationships with the community. Staff provides outreach and training to special educators, people supported, family members, and to responds to legislative inquiries. DDA participates in special education and advocacy forums, statewide disability conferences, summit fairs, and resource and transition fairs. Staff is available for presentations and training upon request by any entity seeking information about DDA and its services.
