TSOT Board Meeting

Meetings are scheduled regularly and posted for the public on the TSOTB website.

TSOTB meetings are open to the public and available for anyone who wishes to attend.  Please note, there is a procedure that has to be followed and public comments are only allowed at the beginning of the meeting at the direction of the presiding officer unless otherwise called upon.

The date, time and location, or link for virtual meetings, will all be posted on the TSOTB website.  If the meeting is in person and you would like to attend but cannot travel, contact the Administrative Support to the Board  (Tiffani Woodham-Adkins tiffani.woodham-adkins@tn.gov &and Tyler Gurley (tyler.gurley@tn.gov) to request a link be created for the in person meeting.

The Administrative Support to the Board will be the main contact for any information regarding the conference or Board questions. Contact Tiffani Woodham-Adkins (tiffani.woodham-adkins@tn.gov) and Tyler Gurley (tyler.gurley@tn.gov).

The thirteen (13) Board members are appointed pursuant to TCA 39-13-704 by the respective commissioner, director, chief justice, or presiding officer.

To become an approved provider, one must complete and submit an application to be reviewed by the Board for approval.  The qualifications to become an approved provider are located in the document section.  The Administrative Support to the Board will be the main contact for any information regarding the application process to become an approved provider. There are no specific requirements to be added as a polygrapher.  The Administrative Support to the Board will be the main contact to be added as a polygrapher.  Contact Tiffani Woodham-Adkins (tiffani.woodham-adkins@tn.gov) and Tyler Gurley (tyler.gurley@tn.gov).

Specific invoice templates are provided by the presiding officer via the forms section of the TSOTB website, as well as sent via e-mail to active approved providers/evaluators/polygraphers.

SOTB Invoices (SOTB.Invoices@tn.gov) is an e-mail account specifically created for the processing of indigent invoices.  The SOTB Invoices should be the only recipient of indigent invoices.  If it is not sent to this e-mail it will not be processed.

Administrative Support Tyler Gurley (tyler.gurley@tn.gov) is the main contact for non-indigent polygraph invoices to be billed directly to TDOC.  Do not send non-indigent polygraph invoices to SOTB Invoices.
