Video Visitation

Video visitation is now available at the Women's Therapeutic Residential Center.

What To Expect

Talk face-to-face in real time (internet speeds could affect the video quality.
Choose from a selection of dates/times available (sessions are up to 30 minutes.)
Schedule your visit in advance.
Sessions are $9.95 each.

Make sure you are on the offenders' visitation list.
Test your computer or laptop to make sure that it is set up to accept video visitation (webcam, mic and internet connection)
Log into your JPay account (one will need to be set up if you don't already have one.)
Select Schedule Visit.
Select a day/time.
Pay for the video visitation (this must be done in advance.) You will receive a confirmation email once the day/time has been approved by the prison.
Log back into JPay on the scheduled day/time.
