Debit Card Return Search
A number of debit cards are being returned to the card vendor Conduent by USPS due to an address issue. The debit card return search will allow you to determine if the debit card you were expecting was returned by USPS because of an address issue.
To do a look-up, you will need your Claim ID. To locate this number, log into Jobs4TN, select the Unemployment Services option; then click on the Claim Summary link. The Claim Details presented will provide you with the Claim ID (Claim #) you will need.
When entering the Claim ID, be sure to enter all numbers, including leading zeros. Press Search and the Lookup application will provide one of two results:
1. CLAIM ID NOT FOUND: You will see a message letting you know that no card information was found. You will also be provided the phone number for the card vendor, Conduent. This number is specific to Tennessee Claimants and will connect you with a person at Conduent who will be able to assist you with your card issue.
2. CLAIM ID FOUND: The application will return the Claim ID entered, the date the card was returned to Conduent, and the contact information for Conduent. This contact information for Conduent is specific to Tennessee Claimants and will connect you with a person at Conduent who will be able to assist you in getting a new card issued.
The data in this lookup tool is updated on a daily basis but it is possible that your card was returned and has not yet been updated in the tool.
