Registration for 2022 Tennessee Safety and Health Conference (Updated March 25, 2022)
Registration is open for the 2022 Tennessee Safety and Health Conference to be held in Nashville, Tennessee, August 29-31, 2022. This annual conference is an opportunity to meet, speak with, and learn from safety and health professionals from across the state. Additionally, a number of venders will be present to demonstrate products and services ranging from safety glasses to permit required confined space rescue. If you provide sales and services in the safety and health field, you may consider reviewing opportunities to become an exhibitor or sponsor.

The conference is a joint venture between the Tennessee Occupational Safety and Health Administration (TOSHA) and the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP).
Update Regarding the Emergency Temporary Standard for Workplace COVID-19 Vaccinations or Testing in Tennessee (Updated January 26, 2022)
Federal OSHA has announced it is withdrawing its Vaccination and Testing ETS as an enforceable emergency temporary standard.
Federal OSHA is not withdrawing the ETS to the extent that it serves as a proposed rule under section 6(c)(3) of the [OSH] Act, and this action does not affect the ETS’s status as a proposal under section 6(b) of the [OSH] Act or otherwise affect the status of the notice-and-comment rulemaking commenced by the Vaccination and Testing ETS.
